Plain language rules for booking and renting a trailer from Dutchman Trailer Rentals in Gilbert, Arizona.

1. Agreement To Terms
By using this website, by using our online booking system, or by renting a trailer from Dutchman Trailer Rentals in Gilbert, Arizona, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or book a rental.
These terms apply to every visitor, every booking, and every rental made through Dutchman Trailer Rentals, regardless of how the booking was made.
2. Rental Eligibility
To rent a trailer from Dutchman Trailer Rentals you must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including your name, contact information, and details about the vehicle you will use to tow the trailer.
Dutchman Trailer Rentals may decline or cancel a booking if the information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.
3. Booking And Payment
Trailer rentals are booked through our online RentFlow booking system. The pricing shown when you complete a booking is the pricing that applies to that rental. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.
We offer 1 day, multi day, and multi week bookings, and the longer you book, the more discount you get. Most trailers are ready for pickup within 30 minutes of a confirmed booking.

4. Pickup And Delivery
We are based in Gilbert, Arizona, at 1435 E Toledo St. Once your booking is confirmed we arrange a pickup time with you by call or text, and we walk you through the trailer before you tow away.
Delivery is available within 100 miles of us. Call or text before you book if you would like the trailer brought to you instead of picking it up, and we will get you a delivery quote first.
5. Renter Responsibilities
Once a trailer leaves with you, or is delivered to you, you are responsible for it for the entire rental period. That includes towing it with a vehicle and hitch that are appropriately rated for that trailer, securing the load properly, operating the trailer in a lawful and safe manner, and returning it in the same condition you received it, undamaged and on time.
Before you tow, please confirm that your vehicle, your hitch, and your insurance are adequate for the specific trailer you have booked. We are glad to help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
6. Insurance
Your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You are responsible for confirming coverage with your carrier before taking possession of the trailer, whether you pick it up or we deliver it.
7. Cancellations And Changes
You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any additional fees. Please contact us by phone or text as soon as you know, so we can update the schedule and keep the trailer available for other renters.
8. Late Returns And Damage
Trailers should be returned by the time agreed at booking. If you need more time, call or text us before the return time and we will do what we can to accommodate you. Late returns may be subject to an additional charge.
You are responsible for damage to the trailer or its equipment that occurs during your rental period.
9. Permitted Use
Our trailers may be used for personal or commercial purposes. They may not be used for any unlawful purpose, loaded beyond their rated capacity, sublet or loaned to another party, or taken outside the agreed rental terms without our approval.
10. Liability
Dutchman Trailer Rentals is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, or delay arising from the use of a rented trailer once it is in your possession, or from a load you have secured, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from a rental or from the use of this website will be handled in the courts serving Maricopa County, Arizona.
12. Changes To These Terms And Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to that rental, and the effective date at the top of the page tells you when it was last changed.
